In Competition
 

 

 
Central States Shrine Clown Association Competition

 

 

The Merri-Makers have won the traveling trophy at the Central States Shrine Association convention twelve (12) years in a row.

At the convention, the clowns compete for trophies in One Man, Two Man, 3 to 5 Man, and Unit skits. Trophies are also given in the Makeup & Costume competition, the Balloon competition, and the Paradeability competition.

For every first place a unit wins, they get 5 points
For every second place, they get 3 points
and for every third place, they get 1 point.

The unit with the most points wins the coveted Traveling Trophy and gets to keept it until the convention being held next year.
